As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, I lead seasonal floor set transitions, curate in-store product stories, and optimize inventory placement using Power BI insights. I collaborate cross-functionally with the Product Operations Lead and Store Manager to maintain optimal FOH/BOH balance and drive product accessibility. Through strategic visual planning and remerchandising of slow sellers, I contributed to a 10% increase in store sales and helped grow accessory sales to 9% of total revenue.

VISUAL STORYTELLING



Styled and steamed all mannequins to ensure they looked polished and consistent with brand standards.
Created visual gridlines to guide product placement—ensuring symmetry, alignment, and an easy-to-shop presentation.
COLOR PANT CHART
I created a detailed color chart to help my team consistently organize the pant wall cubbies. The chart follows a ROYGBIV layout with black at the top and white at the bottom, and each color section is further broken down from lightest to darkest. I included current colorways as visual examples and wrote clear guidelines for determining placement when unsure. The back side of the chart outlines how to organize all-black pant cubbies, including steps for arranging patterned black styles and how to prioritize patterns by visibility and contrast.


LULULEMON X FLEET FEET
At a Lululemon X Fleet Feet partnership event, I led a visual merchandising presentation alongside two teammates, guiding Fleet Feet teams on how to bring Lululemon’s run collection to life in their stores. I focused on visual representation and demonstrated how to display product in alignment with brand standards to enhance storytelling and guest experience.

Stephanie's attention to detail and strategic planning made a huge impact on how smoothly the store operated throughout the busiest retail event of the year. Stephanie's preparation was nothing short of outstanding. She ensured that every mannequin was styled with high-volume product so that we weren’t scrambling to adjust displays during Black Friday. The seamless integration of these high-priority items meant that our store was immediately ready for the rush, and we didn’t lose time adjusting visual setups under pressure. Perhaps the most notable success was how Stephanie designed the flow of the store. Full-price product was prominently featured and still very much shoppable. This has not always been the case in previous years, where markdown items tended to dominate the customer experience. Thanks to Stephanie's thoughtful layout and merchandising, full-price items were still actively shopped, and we saw more guests engage with premium product than ever before during Black Friday. Stephanie’s foresight and thoughtful execution have set a new standard for Black Friday prep. Her work helped to create a space where both high-volume discounted products and full-price items could coexist in a way that made sense for both the brand and our guests. Her efforts didn't just make the day run smoother—they made a direct impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
